Rooted is my attempt to fix this specific problem. Rooted is a focused tool that tracks every visitor interaction, and enables churches retain first-time visitors.
Founder story
I built Rooted because I kept seeing the same problem in church after church. The welcome experience was warm. The sermons were good. The team genuinely cared about the people who walked through the door. But after the first Sunday, most of those people just stopped coming back.
Not because the church did not care. Because there was no system. A paper card became a WhatsApp message became a mental note became nothing. Someone assumed someone else had made the call.

Rooted tracks visitors so your team can focus on people rather than paperwork. The system handles the admin so follow-up assistants can give their full attention to the human being they are reaching out to.

Every decision in Rooted came from conversations with people doing this work. The 4-touchpoint model, the at-risk threshold, the way outreach attempts are tracked separately from confirmed visits. None of it was theoretical.

Rooted is built on Vercel and Supabase, the same infrastructure used by thousands of production applications. Your church data is scoped, secure, and backed up.
Rooted is currently running a pilot with a small group of churches. We are working directly with their teams to test every feature against real ministry workflows before opening up more broadly.
